Overview:
We were recently contracted by one of our food processing customers in New Jersey for a project that was designed to increase the speed of their food processing cooling tunnel. The scope included replacing an existing roof top exhaust fan with a higher CFM capacity fan, larger Stainless Steel ductwork and a new water piping and spray nozzle setup in the tunnel itself. The new fan, ductwork, piping and spray nozzles allowed them to increase the belt speed of the cooling tunnel which increased their throughput of product in an 8 hour shift by 17%.
