Overview:
We completely removed all of the power/control conduits from the main control panel to the motors/devices on a spiral freezer, relocated the main control cabinet to another location and extended the 400 amp service. Once the freezer walls were installed we installed all new aluminum rigid conduit from the relocated main control cabinet to all of the motors/devices using a weld stud gun so the freezer walls weren’t compromised along with all new wiring. We then installed new freezer rated LED lights on the inside freezer and wash down rated LED lights around the perimeter supported with aluminum nipples through the 4” freezer style ceiling panels.
