Steve started working for Byers in 1989 as a truck driver. In 1994, he started handling the company’s purchasing and gradually moved into estimating in 1996. In 2000, Steve took on a role in project management along with aiding our Delaware roadway division. In 2020, Steve was announced as the Vice President of Project Management for Byers, overseeing all daily project management activities as well as expansion. In late 2021, Steve stepped into his current position of Head of Estimating, where he oversees all of our project outlook and estimating team in conjunction with our nationwide growth.
