Kiera serves as the Human Resource Manager, supporting both field and office employees to help ensure every team member is qualified, prepared, and set up for success. She plays a key role in fostering a strong workforce and supporting daily operations across the company. Outside of work, Kiera enjoys spending time with her husband, Rich and her son, Roman.
