In Maple Shade, New Jersey, Byers Industrial was contracted by an industrial flooring manufacturer to enhance their heating infrastructure and improve system efficiency. The project involved precision installation of mechanical systems to support critical heat exchange processes, ensuring operational reliability for the facility’s production requirements.
Scope of work included running supply and return lines from an existing boiler to six heat exchangers, along with the installation and wiring of two recirculation pumps—one dedicated to the supply line and the other to the return. To maintain quality assurance, the complete installation underwent thorough pressure testing to verify system integrity and eliminate the risk of leaks before integrating the boiler into the active line.
