Water Bottling Facility, Las Vegas NV
In Las Vegas, Nevada, Byers delivered the turnkey electrical buildout for a new water bottling facility, coordinating power distribution and controls across utility, water process, injection, and production-line systems. The scope emphasized a clean, maintainable layout that supports high uptime and safe operations as the plant ramps to full production.
Work included setting multiple power distribution panels, installing 480V–240V transformers and 240V–120V panels, and integrating various control cabinets tied to process equipment. The Byers team furnished and installed all cable tray, supports, wireway, and both power and control wiring to create a cohesive, code-compliant electrical infrastructure for the entire facility.
Because portions of the process equipment were sourced internationally, Byers incorporated specialty 400V systems to accommodate mixed-voltage requirements without compromising safety or reliability. The project finished on schedule and under budget, positioning the operation for efficient start-up and long-term performance.
