In Fair Lawn, New Jersey, Byers delivered an integrated electrical and mechanical installation to modernize a food processing facility’s conveyance operations. The project focused on deploying robotic handling systems to streamline material flow and support high-throughput production with reliable, maintainable equipment.
Scope included installing a case robotic palletizer paired with an automatic stretch-wrapping machine, along with both a full-can robotic depalletizer and an empty-can robotic depalletizer—forming a complete end-to-end conveyance solution from inbound cans to unitized outbound loads.
By coordinating mechanical assembly with electrical integration, the upgraded line enhances handling efficiency and consistency while positioning the facility for scalable growth and improved uptime across packaging operations
