Beverage Bottling Facility, Mobile AL
In Mobile, Alabama, Byers delivered an integrated mechanical and electrical buildout for a major beverage producer, establishing the backbone of a modern bottling and packaging operation. The effort centered on safe, maintainable layouts and coordinated installation sequencing to support high uptime as the facility scales production.
Mechanically, the team set and installed rack structures, post-and-beam assemblies, decking, platform safety elements, spiral conveyors, stretch wrappers, pallet conveyors, buffering systems, case conveyors, and the associated air system. Electrically, Byers added multiple new services and distribution panels and furnished and installed basket tray, cable tray, and all required power and control wiring to tie the line together as a cohesive, code-compliant system.
By unifying mechanical installation with complete electrical infrastructure, the project delivers a clean, serviceable material-handling platform that enhances throughput, operator safety, and long-term reliability. The result is a robust foundation for efficient commissioning and sustained performance across the bottling and packaging operations.
