In Keasbey, New Jersey, Byers was contracted to install four complete bottling and packaging lines for a major beverage manufacturer. Working to an aggressive schedule, the team coordinated installation and sequencing to meet the client’s timeline while preparing the site for high-throughput operations.
The mechanical scope encompassed end-to-end line installation: conveyor systems, bottle elevators and lowerators, fillers, cappers, level inspection equipment, bottle coders, sterilizers, cooling tunnels, accumulation equipment, labelers, shrink wrappers, and palletizers—integrated to function as cohesive, maintainable production lines.
By delivering all major components and aligning interfaces across each line, Byers established a durable packaging platform designed for reliability, efficient changeovers, and long-term performance—while meeting the project’s accelerated schedule requirements.
