In Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Byers delivered a mechanical installation to stand up core process assets for a major beverage bottling operation. The team coordinated unloading, rigging, and setting of multiple skids, tanks, and ancillary equipment, establishing a clean, serviceable layout that supports safe operations and efficient maintenance.
Once equipment was in place, Byers completed all stainless sanitary process piping and welding to integrate treated water, RO water, CIP supply and return, product and blended-product lines, and hot-water services—linking each process stream into a cohesive, hygienic system designed for reliable throughput.
Utility tie-ins were executed between equipment for nitrogen, compressed air, steam and condensate, and the cooling-tower supply and return, providing the utilities backbone required for production. The result is a fully interconnected process environment ready for commissioning and sustained, compliant operation.
