In Keasbey, New Jersey, Byers delivered structural upgrades to support a beverage and bottle manufacturer’s conveyor and bottling systems. Leveraging our 15,000-square-foot in-house fabrication facility, the team prebuilt and welded numerous structural supports, minimizing on-site complexity and avoiding production downtime.
The scope combined off-site fabrication with on-site erection and placement of large structural beams—elements that carry key plant infrastructure, including critical process piping. This hybrid approach ensured accurate fit-up, clean interfaces with existing equipment, and rapid field installation.
By shifting the majority of work to the shop and sequencing field activities around operations, Byers reduced disruption for other trades and accelerated overall progress. The resulting steel framework provides a durable, maintainable backbone that supports current production needs and future system modifications.
