We're proud to recognize Alex Kostrub as this month's Employee Spotlight. Alex has become a key part of the Byers team, consistently stepping up and delivering no matter the challenge.

From welding and rigging to precision equipment setting and operating heavy machinery, Alex approaches every task with skill, focus, and pride in his work. Whether he's leading a large crew or jumping in hands-on, he makes sure the job gets done right and on time.

Alex has also represented Byers across the country, traveling wherever the work takes him and always doing it with professionalism and a team-first mindset. No matter the location, he shows up ready to lead and deliver.

Behind the scenes, he's helped us level up our use of Procore, building out weld maps and QA/QC documentation that have protected us when projects got tough. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way has made a real impact on the ground.

One of the things we appreciate most is how much he gives back. Alex volunteers his time to train some of our newer millwrights and helps lead welding instruction on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He's helping shape the future of our team, and he's doing it the right way.
