We're proud to recognize Ross Preston as this month's Employee Spotlight. Ross began his career at Byers in the Traffic Division as an electrical apprentice and received his Journeyman card last year.

Ross has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, consistently completing daily tasks. Ross goes above and beyond, exceeding our goals. Always stays late and responds to emergency calls.

Ross has a knack for working with others to find solutions to problems. Ross communicates with coworkers respectfully and adapts easily to many situations. Ross has built strong relationships here, and this is reflected in the high regard our team holds for Ross.

Ross leads by example, embracing change and adapting to changing work situations. Ross has recently taken a lead role overseeing various projects in the Traffic Division.
