In Greer, South Carolina, Byers delivered the full electrical installation for a Krones turnkey bottling line, coordinating closely with OEM requirements to ensure a clean, maintainable layout and on-schedule commissioning. The scope emphasized safe sequencing around active construction and precise integration of power and controls to support high-throughput packaging operations.
Work included fabricating and installing all cable-tray supports; handling and setting all manufacturer control panels; installing overhead and conveyor cable tray; pulling power distribution to process equipment; running power and control wiring from control cabinets and junction boxes to all field devices; and completing terminations both in the panels and throughout the line. The result is a cohesive, code-compliant electrical backbone that ties every subsystem into a unified control architecture.
By delivering a turnkey electrical package—from supports and tray to distribution, controls, and terminations—Byers positioned the facility for reliable operation, efficient troubleshooting, and streamlined maintenance.
