In Joplin, Missouri, Byers executed the turnkey electrical installation for a Krones bottling line, coordinating layout, sequencing, and safety to support a clean, maintainable production environment and on-schedule commissioning.
Scope included fabricating and installing all cable-tray supports; handling and setting manufacturer control panels; installing overhead and conveyor cable tray; pulling power distribution to process equipment; running power and control wiring from control cabinets and junction boxes to all field devices; and completing terminations both in the panels and in the field—forming a cohesive, code-compliant electrical backbone for the line.
The team delivered the project ahead of plan, compressing the installation schedule from forty days to thirty-five, and turning over a robust system engineered for reliable operation, efficient troubleshooting, and long-term performance.
