In Lehigh, Pennsylvania, Byers executed an integrated electrical and mechanical program to stand up a large-scale beverage distribution operation. The engagement began with careful coordination around active logistics, sequencing demolition and new installs to minimize disruption while preparing the site for a modern high-throughput conveyance and packaging system.
Scope included demo of legacy equipment followed by unloading and installing more than two dozen truckloads of new systems: structural steel, decking and railing, case conveyors with inlines and declines, buffer lanes, flow racks, palletizers, a stretch wrapper, and air tubing. Byers set and installed every component and provided the necessary power to bring the entire line into service as a cohesive, code-compliant operation.
