Food Processing Plant, Las Vegas NV
In Las Vegas, Nevada, Byers delivered integrated electrical and mechanical scopes to stand up a new process control system across a high-throughput food manufacturing facility. The work centered on a fully automated kitchen and a bulk ingredient section for crushed tomatoes and tomato puree, complemented by an organic oil and vinegar tank farm and a chilled water system—each integrated for reliable, repeatable production.
The project also included the electrical installation of a fully automated packaging line capable of filling in glass or plastic, labeling finished product, and case-packing for shipment—all tied into plant controls and designed for maintainability and uptime. Execution met the owner’s targets, finishing on schedule and within the allocated budget.
To support ongoing operations and future projects in the region, Byers is procuring a Nevada state license to establish a West Coast presence for responsive service and maintenance. This expansion reflects the team’s commitment to long-term client support and the ability to replicate the same high-quality installations for facilities across multiple states.
