Ed Butkovitz serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Byers Industrial Services, where he is a member of the company’s executive leadership team and helps guide its strategic, operational, and legal direction. He oversees key operational functions and works across the organization on growth initiatives, corporate transactions, risk management, compliance, commercial matters, and other significant business decisions. Ed brings a broad enterprise perspective to his role, combining legal judgment with operational leadership to help strengthen execution, support continued growth, and position Byers for long-term success.
