The work encompassed a full electrical install for two 6-ton recycling lines, including cable tray systems, conduit runs, and critical power and control wiring to support the facility’s operational demands.
The installation scope covered furnishing and installing all power feeds from the control panels to the field, along with meticulous control wiring to ensure system reliability. Byers also provided essential commissioning support post-construction, aligning the equipment’s operational readiness with the plant’s production goals. Completed both under budget and on schedule, the project is positioned to meet aggressive start-up timelines, with operations anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter of the year.
