This month's Employee Spotlight shines on Stephen Murray as one of our Site Foreman. Stephen has been here for a little less than a year but has already shown key qualities that Byers wants in our site leadership team members.

Since coming on board last year, Stephen has been involved in multiple projects, showcasing his electrical knowledge, professionalism, customer communication and leadership skills.

Stephen has jumped around from project to project at a moment's notice when Byers jobsite needs calls. He has traveled the country in his short stint thus far, and is always willing to go where his skillset is needed, and to jump in when the going gets tough.

Stephen is currently on site in Auburn NY at a dairy facility taking the reigns on his first start to finish project with Byers, already proving that he has what it takes to lead and get the job done right. His communication with Byers and the customer has already shown to speak volumes of what a Foreman should embody, and we are so happy to have him as part of this team.
